I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting also using thin foam tape.

Cute design for this card. Printed, cut out and attached to my card base. Added layers with silicone glue. Added one of the supplied greetings. To finish just added a red/white check organza bow. A really sweet card to make and give.
