I printed the sheet onto a4 glossy photo paper. Then I matted a layer of silver mirror card and a layer of blue card onto the A5 portrait card blank.

I attached the main image to the centre of the card and built up the decoupage using 3D glue gel.

Diamantes on the top right and bottom left corners and glitter highlights complete the card.
