I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.
I matted and layered the main image onto black card and mounted it onto white stock card then added the decoupage using foam pads..these designs are wonderful with the choice of sentiments and extra embelishments..the colour choice gives the completed card a real classic look.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. A fabulous design.

I printed off the design and decoupaged onto card stock
added a salutation and a nice verse and there it is
easy
I printed onto 160gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I added the main element to an 8x8 card front offset to one side. I added the birthday sentiment to the top and built up the other elements using 3D foam pads.
I used the stars down the side but these can be used in many other ways.
