I printed out twice to decoupage the actual fan and mounted onto a lilac 6 x 6 card with punched holes down the spine.
I decoupaged with sticky pads and threaded lilac ribbon through the punched holes, securing the ribbon end underneath the fan base.
I added my chosen sentiment and a pearl to finish
