I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I cut the purple border away from the main image and matted onto purple holographic card which gave the impression that the scalloped edging was actually embossed onto parchment paper.
I then attached the whole thing onto a purple polka dot patterned card. I added all the decoupage using foam pads and added the greeting 'happy birthday' A beautiful design for a card which any young lady would be glad to receive.
