i printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to a scalloped edge card and layered all elements. Added yellow gems to the flowers, pearls to the border strip, and glittered the cherries and icing. Finished with a greeting and an organza polka dot bow. Absolutely adorable.

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a pale blue card, then I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
