Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and attached to a soft blue punched out backing then onto a white embossed card added pink bows and pearls to complete this gorgeaus card.

I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto a pale blue card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with pink & blue pearls.
