Printed this darling sheet out on matte photo paper and cut out. Used bright pink ink on cut edges of topper and sentiments. Used brown ink on cut edges of decoupage pieces. Added shimmer to girls dress with Wink of Stella clear.
Placed red shimmer peel off borders around outside edge of topper and on inner frame edge. Attached topper to black card base with dst. Added decoupage and greeting to front with sticky foam pads. Finised card by adding matching insert cup1022042_719. Adorable card that is fast and easy but very nice looking.
