To Be Close to You Decoupage

A lovely decoupage design that when made up will be a great card for valentines day, anniversaries, birthdays & many other occasions.

I have included 2 sentiment banners & a blank one for your own personal greeting. I have also designed an insert to compliment this card design cup176927_719.
