Lady Vintage Birthday Decoupage Topper
I have designed this for 2 birthday celebrations - 21st & 18th. I have included a blank message banner for you to add your own personal greeting if you wish. If you wish to use one of the other banners just attach it to the banner space provided.

I mounted some pretty pink backing paper from another cup,and printed the border twice so as i could build it up,i then printed this design onto decoupage paper and cut it out,mounted the main image to the card and built up the decoupage,touch up her lipstick with a little red liquid pearls,added text plate and glitter to the bottom border.
