I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I printed onto smooth white card and cut out all the elements,I added the base design to a blank card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,To complete I added a button to the top panel,Sure to bring a smile.
