I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads.
I added the sentiment 'have a wild and crazy birthday' This is a brilliant card suitable for all your mad, crazy friends.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a blue mat and then a red card front. I added some plastic button dots and some glitter to accent design
