I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a great backing paper from Debbi Moore and attached the main image centrally.
I added all the decoupage using foam pads and finished by adding gems to those on the picture. I would like to be first in line for that refresh button Stella!!
