Stella Says 60 is the New 50Completed by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed onto matt card, cut out the parts and attached the base image to a bright pink and whie mini hounstooth check C5 card using DST.I edged the top and lower edges with a narrow pink border and the sided with a dark blue border and added dark blue corners.

I decoupaged with silicone gel and added the text and greeting with foam pads. I added a little yellow stickles to the flower centres and added purple gems to text and greeting. A lovely fun card with Stella celebrating the sexy sixties and still having problems with speed limits! She looks fab at 60!
