Stella Says 60 is the New 50
a decoupage sheet featuring Stella who is stood with her fabulous convertible car with the top down ready to celebrate her 60th birthday her comment being.... They say 60 is the new 50... well try telling that to a speed camera!

I printed and cut out this fun design ! then added the base onto the card with DST, the other elements I added with foam pads
I printed onto matt card,cut out the parts and attached the base image to a bright pink and whie mini hounstooth check C5 card using DST.I edged the top and lower edges with a narrow pink border and the sided with a dark blue border and added dark blue corners.
I decoupaged with silicone gel and added the text and greeting with foam pads. I added a little yellow stickles to the flower centres and added purple gems to text and greeting. A lovely fun card with Stella celebrating the sexy sixties and still having problems with speed limits!She looks fab at 60!
