I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added gems to those on the design.
Stella is at it again- how does she know how crazy I am!!! A quick and easy card to make and one which will be adored by ladies of a certain age with a sense of humour
