I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a DM backing paper and attached the main image centrally. I then added the decoupage using foam pads and finished with gems onto those on the design.
Stella is lucky to be still cleaning her own teeth!!!
