Stella and Twitter
a decoupage sheet featuring Stella who is stood with her mobile phone in her hand her comment being.... In my day if we wanted to communicate through a twitter-bird, we wrote a note and suck it on a pigeon!
Oh I remember pigeon post, but I haven't got a clue how twitter works LOL

I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a White base card and glued the design on to it. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with CUP´s STIX2 Sticky pads.
A Quick and easy Fun loving, Brilliant, Puts a smile on your lips, Gorgeous design that turned into a Gorgeous card!!!

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added gems to the design. This time Stella- I do not remember pigeon post!!!!!
