I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a DM backing paper and attached the main image centrally.
I then added all the decoupage using foam pads and finished by adding gems to those in the design and stardust sparkles to Rita's earrings.
