I printed this sheet onto 160gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a multi-coloured polka dot backing paper and attached the main image centrally. I then added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.
A brilliant card for any crafter and very easy to make too.
