J.j is Turning 40Completed by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. I finished by adding stardust stickles to the gems on the image.

A very quick and easy card to make. If you see any card I have made and would like to buy it, please go to my shop ?Serendipity? at crafty bob.com and leave me a message and I will get right back to you with a very competitive price and availability, Thank you
