I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card which I had covered with cup479401_5 Sweet Flower Girl BP.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with gems.
