Birthday Bear 5 Yr Old

With this design i first printed it out onto satin photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, i then added a blue border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card i made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design for any 5year old, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
