Decisions Decisions Cute Bear Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Hand Made Finished Cards By Dianne Jackson
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I matted some co-ordinating backing paper onto a 7 x 7 cream scalloped edge card and mounted my topper. I decoupaged with sticky pads and printed out twice to decoupage the bear. I added extra flowers to the top left and added tiny green pearls to the flower centres.
I finished off with a fine gold elasticated bow to the spine
