Cute bear themed card topper, with 3d step by step decoupage. Features cute little bear, with optional floral embellishments.
Useful for a wide variety of occasions, birthday, thank you, sorry, thinking of you, get well, etc.
Floral embellishments are provided for the side of the oval, but I've left them off the base topper, so that you can add your own 3d flowers, if your prefer.
2 sentiment tags, including one blank. The other reads,
Have a Beary Special Day

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements..I mounted the main image onto green card and added the decoupage using foam pads..a delightful design so cute.
