I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. I placed the 'happy birthday' greeting at the bottom of the card.
This card, reminiscent of 'Fame', will delight any young girl.
I printed the images onto high quality card paper, cut out and decoupaged all parts. Then I attached it to the base card and added insert, greetings and some sparkles.
