The Birthday Dragon
a decoupage sheet for the kids has a cute dragon with a rather large birthday cake with the words happy birthday on has three candles so perfect for a third birthday but would work for other birthdays, have tried to keep the colours pastel so could work for a boy or a girl

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a mauve insert.
I printed sheet onto good quality card and cut out all the elements. I used DST to stick to a large card blank then foam pads for the layers. I added some glitter tape then some card candy to finish it off.
Used A4 card made backing paper from base. Stuck base and backing paper on with double sided tape. Cut all over pieces out and used silicone glue to layer them up.
Typed out a sentiment and backed it with silver card and stuck it on with silver card and inserted a verse.
