Clown Birthday

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. I added the number five, also with foam pads and added some holographic and silver peel off balloons.

This is a card which can be used for both boys and girls and for many an age too, so it should give you many years of service.
