I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto a blue patterned card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with the matching insert.
I printed out this sheet onto photo paper after using my graphics program to add a name to the tag.
Mounted onto blue cardstock and then used my colour markers to change the shade of the hair to suit my recipient.
I used sticky tabs to add the decoupage and glitter glue for sparkle..."an awesome card..." says my Niece :-)
