Music Girl Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto 220gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a gorgeous shocking pink pearl paper and added the main image.

I added all the decoupage using foam pads and added a 'Birthday Wishes' banner sentiment and two heart gems. For all our 'wannabees'- for 'girl power' this is the card for you.
