I punched the sides of a cream inner stepper card and mounted my topper in the centre. I decoupaged with sticky pads. I added the matching gift tag to the bottom of the topper and extra roses to the stepper bottom right.

I added a die-cut butterfly and finished off by adding the matching insert to the inside
