Happy Birthday plus a blank label
This kit includes a 5 X 7 card topper, two sentiment labels, bow and image layers to attach to the card topper with thin foam.
The sentiment on one label says Happy Birthday and the other label is blank so you can use any sentiment you would like for your card.

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to lilac card, then to a white C5 card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and finished with gold cord and bow round spine.
A beautiful design.
