Blue Flowers
This design with blue flowers on a blue background with ornate corners and birthday sentiment tag comes with one topper/card front and eight decoupage pieces.

I printed this sheet twice at half size onto 170gsm photo paper.
I cut out all the pieces and covered the front of a white base card with a blue pearlescent embossed paper and matted the main image onto the same paper in cream and attached it to the base card.
I then added all the decoupage (there was double the amount) with foam pads and to finish, I added a greeting which I also matted onto the two colours of paper.
A beautiful stylised flower which will be suitable for a lot of people, plus it is very quick and easy to make.
