I printed onto smooth white card then cut out all the elements,I added the base design to a blank card then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,Super boys design.

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to turquoise dotted card, then to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with silver bow.
