I covered a card blank with camouflage backing paper, leaving a larger border. Made a puddle of mud from brown card & cut 2 strips of textured card. Made up the decoupage - before printing I changed the wording on the numberplate. Added some glitter glue to the headlights.
Added sentiments & some silver peel-off corners coloured black.
