Teddies Tea Party

I printed out this very cute tea party image onto gloss photo paper, cut out the main image and mounted it onto matt gold card, then mounted it onto baby blue card, then cut out the rest of the images and made up the decoupage and mounted it onto the main image using 1mm foam pads, added gold line peel offs and finished off with holographic happy birthday and teddy bear peel offs
