New Baby Step by Step, Decoupage
This is a Step by Step Decoupage sheet. The New Baby design, is from my range of Children Collection Designs. The main design will fit an A5 Card front (A4 folded in half), and the decoupage is added, in step by step alphabetical order.
Some artwork in this design has been created by Cheryl Seslar, I am a licensed CUP designer, to use her graphics on license number CUP-18586.

3d onto cream card then added lacy gold corners.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. A gorgeous design.
