Welcome Baby Girl Scallope Edge Curve CardCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I added the main image to the front of a pink base card and cut around the scalloping to reveal the card inner.

To the edge of the inner I added a deckle edge glittered pink 'ribbon' and attached all the decoupage using foam pads.

A very cute little card for the newcomer.
