Baby from HeavenCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image to a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. I finished off by adding glitter on all the flowers and on the fairy wand.

A beautiful card to welcome the new addition and so apt as all mums know that babies are a gift from heaven.

Not difficult to make but looks like the longest time has been taken to produce this card.
