New Baby Boy Card Topper & Decoupage

I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white, linen effect base card and added the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads. a gorgeous card which is easy to make and perfect for the new arrival.
