I mounted onto a 7 x 7 scalloped edge card and added textured snow to the first decoupage piece, then added the top decoupage piece and eyes using thicker sticky pads.

I printed this sheet onto 150gsm photo card and cut it out by hand. I used double sided tape to stick the topper onto 250gsm cardstock to make the card. The decoupage was all stuck onto the card using 3d foam pads.
