Happy Birthday to
A cute humorous card - hopefully the recipient will figure out that it is saying,
"Happy Birthday to EWE"
Lots of decoupage for dimension, and extra flowers, add glitter to them for a pretty effect.

I printed this sheet onto 150gsm photo card and cut it out by hand. I used double sided tape to stick the topper onto 250gsm cardstock to make the card. The decoupage was all stuck onto the card using 3d foam pads.
