This very cute 9 cats topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for the sentiments.
Mounted onto white scalloped edge card and decoupaged with foam pads added small green gems to the cats with open eyes, a picture, a mirror 2 fish bone charms, ball of wool and a cat dish. 2 bells and a co-ordinating bow and to complete I added the matching insert available separately.
