Blue Lagoon - Decoupage
Deep sea diver swimming amongst the colourful fish, lots of layers for decoupage, matching insert available separately.

I printed out onto 240 gram card and mounted on 7 by 7 card.I decoupaged with sticky pads then added glossy accents.
Mounted onto white card with a wave border cut on my Cameo cutting machine, the cut of edge I coloured blue and added to the bottom of the card, I decoupaged with foam pads, added glossy accents to eyes and bubbles, added fish felt stickers, added some hand made seaweed and to complete I added the matching insert available separately.
