Scooby is a beautiful budgerigar who has chosen to live with Beth Beal and is one of ten winning entries in Round Two of the pets Photograph Competition held in May 2011.
Scooby is surrounded with a pretty decoupaged square frame of lace and will make a simply lovely topper or card front that is so easy to make with step by step numbers.

I printed Scooby onto photo card and cut out, matting the design onto sage green and cream card. I added yellow corners cut from card and layered the image using 3d foam pads.
I included a yellow feather and tiny lilac flower beads and finished with a hand drawn pen border. A really super card for the budgie lover...who's a pretty bird then!!
