Acetate Open & Shut Windows Card - Poppies & Tabby Kitten
A cute little tabby kitty cat sitting in the window along side a lovely jug of Poppies. This is just one of a Series of my acetate window cards. They are very easy to make and full instructions are on every sheet.
I have also added a couple of finished closed window pictures to show you how this will look when finished and also so that you can use them as matching Gift Tags.

I printed this sheet onto glossy photopaper. I cut out the white panes, with a craft knife, first. Then added acetate to the back, securing it with narrow DST. Cut round three sides of the window so that it can open.
Made an A5 card and covered the front with stone wall backing paper using DST. Cut out the main image and stuck this to the card with DST. Cut out the Windows image and using narrow DST fixed this on top of the main image.
I finished off the card by using narrow black peel-off around the window image to make it stand out from the 'stone wall'.
