I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. As the topper was so ornate I wanted to give it a fitting base. I covered one of Creativecraftingworld's card with a blue 'cracked ice' card and then matted the topper onto silver glitter paper.
I attached this to the base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added silver corner and border peel offs and white pearls. A beautiful card for any occasion.
Printed image on glossy photo paper and cut out step-by-step components. Cut basic blue card. Cut yellow second layer. Cut grey top layer, embroidered this and assembled image components on this layer. Used gold border stickers and further enhanced card with hobby dots and a small blue star.
