I mounted onto an 8 x 8 cream card with a punched flower border using a punch bought from this site (code CC11424) flower pop out punch.
I decoupaged with sticky pads and added my chosen sentiment to the top.
I added crystal gems to the owls eyes and card candy to each corner and also to the flower border.
I finished off by tying some cream tassels down the spine.
