I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I made an easel card to fit using a powder blue embossed base card.

I then copied the shape of the frame onto the base of the easel card and added a blue border peel off and gems to match those in the picture.

I then layered the decoupage using foam pads and put the image into place. I finished by adding two of the bows as the 'stops' and added a tiny gem to the middle of each bow.

An absolutely gorgeous picture which would grace anyone's special event.
