Hello!
Happy Birthday
With Lots of Love
There is also a blank tag for your own greeting.
This black Labrador Retriever dog says hello from his field of flowers. He'd quite like you to come and join him and roll around in summer.

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card which I had covered with cup471652_1914 Duel Shimmering Metallic Light Jade.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with a caption.
Other captions could be HELLO or WITH LOTS OF LOVE. Just let me know.
