I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I made an easel card using blue card and added the main image. I used foam pads to attach all the decoupage .

I put a strip of foiled dotty paper across the base of the ease and added the wrist band as the stopper, after I had matted it four times on alternate blue and dotty paper.

To finish I added to small blue hearts. A beautiful design which is sure to steal your heart.
